What will be the future feed stock for bio diesel in Thailan

According to the natioal energy road map to have the transportation fuel in the diesel sector for B2 ,B5 and B10 mandatory.

The demand of feed stock for BDF production will be very big .

Did the governemntal authorities have any action plan to prepare teh needed feeds tock to match with the national plan.

As the hot issue to promote green and renewable energy especially bio diesel.

There is a limit of the supply of feed stock in the country.

No more suitable land for palm oil plantation (off palm oil plantation belt 10+/- latitude from equator.

Do we have any government master plan what will be the other alternative feed stock for the bio diesel ?

Do we have to share the CPO(Crude Palm Oil) from the food chain ?

กรมธุรกิจพลังงานไม่ได้มีการกำหนดวัตถุดิบในการใช้ผลิตไบโอดีเซลประเภทเมทิลเอสเตอร์ของกรดไขมัน แต่ไบโอดีเซลฯที่ผลิตได้จะต้องได้มาตรฐานตามประกาศกำหนด ทั้งนี้สามารถใช้น้ำมันพืชชนิดต่างๆ และไขมันสัตว์มาผลิตได้ ส่วนทางกระทรวงเกษตรได้มีนโยบายการส่งเสริมการปลูกปาล์มน้ำมันไว้แล้ว
